Delivery Policy

We deliver to Slovakia and to most European Union countries. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before ordering.
2. Delivery Times
Slovakia: approximately 2–4 business days
Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary: approximately 4–6 business days
Other EU countries: approximately 5–10 business days
These are estimated times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the destination and the size of your order. Costs will be clearly stated before payment is taken. Orders within Slovakia above €35 qualify for free delivery.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a notification. Please follow their instructions to arrange re-delivery or collection. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed deliveries.
